L.A. Theatre Works: "The Mountaintop"
February 6

Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated at The Lorraine Motel in Tennessee. What happened in Room 306 on the night prior is a mystery. Winner of the Olivier Award for “Best New Play,” “The Mountaintop” gives a glimpse of MLK Jr.’s human side, just hours after his famed last speech. This special event honorably marks the 50th Anniversary of his death.

The show will start at 8 p.m. at the Seretean Center Concert Hall. Performance tickets range from $10 for children 12 and under to $20 for adults. Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.okstate.edu or contacting the Allied Arts office at (405) 744-7509 or allied.arts@okstate.edu.
